NATIONAL WORKING MOTHERHOOD WEEK

Care is infrastructure

Septemeber 21-25, 2026 - Virtual, U.S.

We are building the largest Working Motherhood movement. We are tired of seeing policies rolled back, support get pulled out from under us, and waiting around for laws that may or may not get passed when we need it.

So we're building the support ourselves. We are building the infrastructure and systemic support that working mothers need.

12-month goal to reach 5 million+ working mothers across the documentary and the Resource Hub

National Working Motherhood Week is bringing together over 80+ experts in the working motherhood space together with leaders, organizations, and working mothers across the United States to build the support that should be there. The goal is simple: we’re building the infrastructure and support that working moms deserve, andexpand access to free resources, insight, and expert advice to make working motherhood easier and more sustainable.

A five-day national (U.S.) initiative focused on:

• Practical support for working mothers
• Workplace responsibility and leadership
• Maternal mental health, ambition, and identity changes
• Shared responsibility at home and in culture

The week includes live national conversations via panels and interviews, expert insights, the systemic working motherhood documentary, and the launch of the National Working Motherhood Resource Hub.
